Auto prime contractor pump - BA-C series

The BA-C range, consisting of solids handling pumps and clear liquid pumps, fully meets our philosophy producing "pumps for results". 
It combines an extreme high-efficient pump casing with a reliable and robust construction. Two elements enabling excellent performance 
with lowest energy consumption and maintenance costs.

  
  Cycloseal & run-dry

  Like the BA series, the pumps of the BA-C series are capable of running dry for longer periods and 
  suitable for snoring conditions.
  The patentend Cyclo-seal design, with its unique deflector vanes, works with the impeller backvanes 
  to create a Cyclo-action. This action removes solids and abrasive materials from the seal area while purging 
  air and gas pockets, extending seal life and eliminating any need for venting or water flushing. 
  All pumps of the BA series are constructed to run dry for longer periods. 
  An external oil circulating system cools the mechanical seal.

No forced cooling or extra lubrication

The reliability of the pump system is effectuated by the vacuum diaphragm pump which needs no forced cooling or extra lubrication.
It is simply air cooled and operated by a mechanical float box.

  The BA-C series consists of: 
  • a reliable vacuum pump, air cooled, water resistant and oil spill free.
  •  50 or 100 m3 air capacity per hour.
  • large inspection covers: full access to float box, impeller and valve.
  • a fully mechanical float box for optimal separation of water and air.
  • big cleaning covers and a separate, V-belt driven, vacuum diaphragm pump, 
    which results in simple and easy maintenance.


The BA-C series is available in electrical, open diesel and sound proof execution.
